This is from one of the last years that Creekside was still using the "Shiraz" moniker on the label, even they knew they weren't making Shiraz here in Ontario, but old habits die hard. From the hot 2010 vintage and with a pedigree for ageing this wine, by all rights, is not very old; but the truth of the matter is it's right in its drinking wheelhouse now with lots of smoky and meaty characteristics making it taste more like what it truly is ...
